Job Summary:
The Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, renovations, and interior design. This includes conceptualizing and developing architectural plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and adhering to building codes and regulations. The Architect will work closely with customers, and construction teams to bring projects to fruition.

- Design Development:
- Create and develop architectural designs from initial concept through completion.
- Conceptualize and design wooden portable cabins based on customer requirements.
- Use CAD software and other design tools to produce detailed working drawings and renderings.
- Create detailed 3D models, and renderings using 3D software (Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Blender).
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and adhere to the branding guidelines of the company.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenditures.
- Prepare and present design proposals to customers, including feasibility studies and project timelines.
- Customer Interaction:
- Conduct customer meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design proposals, including detailed plans and visualizations, to customers.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to customers throughout the design and construction process.
- Address any customer concerns and make necessary modifications to the design.
- Develop project timelines and ensure that milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, including costing and estimation, resource allocation, and expense tracking.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national codes and regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects if needed.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal construction teams and vendors (to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements into the architectural design.
- Participate in team meetings and provide expertise on architectural design and construction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Internal Infrastructure Team

Advertising and Campaigns: Design and execute advertising campaigns, leveraging creativity and attention to detail. Help create compelling visuals and narratives that align with the brand’s goals.
Market Research: Contribute to market research by applying analytical and observational skills. Help in identifying trends, understanding customer preferences, and gathering insights to inform marketing strategies. - Space management -
Space Assessment: Understanding the needs and requirements of the client, including the purpose of the space, the number of occupants, and the activities to be performed.
Zoning: Dividing the space into different zones for various functions, ensuring efficient flow and interaction between these zones.
Furniture Layout: Planning the arrangement of furniture and equipment to optimize the use of space and ensure comfort and accessibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Licenses: Licensed Architect with current registration.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design softwares (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, ArchiCAD.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Good in MS office (Excel, PPT, Word)
