About the Farm:
Our farm is not a resort or hotel; it's a dedicated unit within Chillibreeze, where we provide services exclusively for our own staff and employees. Here, we engage in various activities like organic farming, raising chickens and goats, cooking, offering guest accommodations, and providing recreational games and activities. The farm serves multiple purposes, including hosting offsite meetings, company workshops, team celebrations and events, and individual staff leisure activities. It's also a place for farming research and development.
Minimum Requirements:
Location: Umphrew Village near Umrynjah, on the way to Shillong Airport. (LINK to Map)
Starting Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month after appointment.
Yummy Menus: Plan tasty menus with appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and beverages. You'll even make a fun menu for kids!
Cooking Fun: Make yummy food for Farm guests and keep things clean and safe.
Tasty Treats: Think up new chicken food products that people can buy – things like easy-to-cook meals or frozen treats.
Kitchen Star: Keep the kitchen tidy and all the cooking tools clean.
Quick Thinking: Be ready to make delicious meals with whatever ingredients we have, even if it's a surprise.
Change It Up: If we're missing an ingredient, you'll find something else that's tasty to use instead.

Be at the Farm from Monday to Saturday, starting on Monday at 7 a.m. and heading home on Saturday at 4 p.m.
If guests stay on the weekend, you might work on Sunday, but you can pick a different day off during the week.
